Designed to focus specifically on ways the system can improve patron self-service, this Polaris challenge garnered 16 ideas and received 326 votes!

Library patrons like to do things for themselves, from self-registration and self-checkout to holds management and My Account. This challenge is about anything and everything that helps patrons help themselves. Suggest product improvements you would like to see made to enhance your patrons’ self-service experience. Both Sierra and Polaris users can participate in this challenge in their respective product category. This challenge begins on July 15.
