The Innovative Users Group provides a community for anyone and everyone who uses Innovative solutions to support their library experience and operations. In the field of integrated library software solutions, this group is the only self-governed organization. Since its origin in 1991, it has been funded and managed entirely by its own members.

IUG provides its members annual meetings, online discussions, a digital online clearinghouse, and branches in the Americas, Asia, and Europe. This independent group represents the views of its members in an ongoing dialog with our company to facilitate efficient use and constant improvement of our products.

Because IUG is managed independently from our company, membership requires annual dues of $110 to fund costs associated with these benefits, paid directly to  IUG. These dues provide access to everyone in your institution.
