Unfortunately the disruption to standard workflows has also led to an increase in phishing activity across the world, as fraudsters attempt to take advantage of potential security weaknesses.
As you continue to process invoices and payments, we want to make sure you have confidence in where you send payments. We want to confirm to you in writing that Innovative has NOT made any changes to our payment instructions for customers in 2020, and we have no plans to do so in the foreseeable future.
