As our business grows and evolves, the Sub-Processors we work with may also change. We will endeavor to provide clients with notice of any new Sub-Processors to the extent required under any agreements, along with posting such updates here. Please check back frequently for updates.

OBJECTING TO A SUB-PROCESSOR

Clients have 30 days from the date of notice of a new Sub-Processor to object to the use of such a Sub-Processor by contacting privacy@iii.com. Please include your name, company name, name of the Sub-Processor, and the grounds for objection. Clients may only object in the event that client believes that the Sub-Processor is unable to safeguard personal data in accordance with the contractual requirements and applicable law.
