July 1, 2021 – Innovative, a ProQuest company and leading global provider of library software, announced today that Mobile Worklists 4.1 is in general availability with new item match alerts for an improved staff experience. The release also includes additional enhancements to Title Paging Lists, worklist management, and inventory workflows.
Mobile Worklists 4.1 features new item matching functionality, which alerts staff when items on a list meet specified criteria. For all lists, users can now define a rule that will identify items that match the rule definitions. Library staff can use this in a variety of ways, such as finding items with a status of Missing, with a check-in date before a specific date, by a specific author, or even with a specific OPAC message. This can help staff to quickly identify items that are mis-shelved, or that have not circulated in the last few years.
Title Paging Lists will now show the pickup location for each item on the list and, when filtering by location, the number of items at each location is shown next to the location name.
Shelf lists used for inventory now display the item status on the list display and offer the ability to verify an item on the list by tapping a button as an alternative to scanning or typing in the item barcode.
