Vega Libraries to Share Their Experience at IUG 2021

 

Over the past few months, Innovative has announced 13 Vega Development Partners and three of them will be sharing more about their experience with Vega Discover at the 2021 Innovative Users Group annual conference. This year, the IUG conference is being held online and will include live and on-demand presentations, user forums, Quick Hits, and virtual exhibit hall. 

Following the opening session, Innovative is excited to kick off the conference presentations by co-presenting with three libraries. The featured presenters are: 

  • Maisam Nouh, Information Technology Supervisor at The Ferguson Library in Connecticut 
  • Brielle Maynor, Public Services Director at MidPointe Library System in Ohio 
  • Nathan James, Deputy Executive Director for Technology & Collection Innovation at Central Arkansas Library System in Arkansas 

They will be joined by Jordan Fields, Senior Team Lead, Innovative Product Management, to discuss their experience testing and implementing Vega Discover. Each library will share a unique feature of Discover and how it has helped them. Toni Minick, Vice President of Product Management at Innovative, will also share more about Innovative’s long-term plan for Vega.
