Encore Release 4.6 SP2 Now Available with Updated Endnote Integration

 

Innovative recently launched updated discovery features in Encore Release 4.6 SP2. The release includes new sorting and harvesting features which will be available with Sierra Release 3.2 later this summer. Be on the lookout for communications from Innovative in the coming weeks with more information on how to prepare for the next release of Sierra.

Encore Release 4.6 SP2 Features:

  • Updated Endnote Integration. Endnote integration was updated for smoother imports and accurate citation transfers.

Available with Sierra Release 3.2 or Millennium Release 2014 SP5 (both planned for later this year):

  • Author Sort. Based on feedback from the Innovative Users Group, Encore now offers sorting by author in addition to date and relevance in the browse display.
  • Harvesting Administration. Library partners using Encore Harvester will now be able to add repositories and profiles, and set up targets through the Sierra Admin App.
  • Patron Account Holds Status Sort. Based on feedback from library partners, the holds display in the Encore patron account can now be sorted by holds status.
