The Race to Improve Library Engagement: An Interview with Raena Morrison

Vega Program & Promote 

Recently, we announced the release of two new modules within the Vega Library Experience (LX) platform: Vega Promote for digital marketing and Vega Program for event and room management.

Both Vega Promote and Vega Program have been designed specifically for public libraries, with input from industry leaders.

Vega Promote is a digital marketing tool that enables libraries to manage email marketing campaigns, configured for librarians to manage marketing contacts alongside their ILS contacts.

Vega Program helps libraries manage the online aspect of the creation, promotion, registration and execution of events.

The Vega LX platform is a cloud-based suite of solutions that works to create more personalized interactions between libraries and their patrons.

In 2020, Innovative launched the first module of Vega LX: Vega Discover. This ultra-modern discovery tool was designed to unlock the potential of your ILS data to provide patrons with a unique, personalized library experience. Earlier this year, we expanded this resource with Vega Guide for Discover, which allows libraries to easily post announcements on Vega Discover without any additional coding skills or requests to Innovative.
