And the Latest Idea Lab Winners are…

Hello Innovative Users!

We are pleased to announce the results of our recent Polaris challenge! — Only the Lonely: Time for Tech Services.

The Innovative Product Team is continually seeking input from our users regarding how we can best assist you in being successful. We designed this challenge to focus on improving staff efficiency in Polaris.

Geared toward improving staff-only areas in Polaris, this challenge was pre-seeded with six of your ideas from Always Open, but we asked for your ideas and you delivered—with 74 additional ideas from your teams!

Congratulations Winners!

“Participation in our Idea Lab challenges continues to grow with each challenge.  We were excited that this challenge generated 2637 votes, 444 comments and 5593 views”, said Jennifer Thie, Innovative Director of Product Management and challenge sponsor.  “Not only do we have two winning ideas we will be slotting in our roadmap, but we also received feedback on ideas that will help shape future roadmap choices.  As we implement these winning ideas in upcoming releases, we look forward to a strong continued partnership with our amazing customers.”

Development is planned for upcoming releases, with initial delivery targeted in Q4 2019!

If your favorite idea was not the top vote-getter, never fear.  It will live on in Idea Lab.  If there is not already a version of the idea in Always Open, create one!  And don’t forget to encourage your friends to comment and give it a “thumbs up”.
