Innovative offers on-site training during the initial implementation of your system as well as refresher training that reinforces earlier training sessions or gets new staff up to speed with Innovative applications. Our trainers are based around the world and speak your language. They're fully prepared for hands-on instruction using your library's system and data.

Workshops covering specialized and advanced topics are offered at our corporate headquarter's training center in Emeryville, California. These workshops help your staff take advantage of the full capabilities of your Innovative system once they have mastered day-to-day functionality. Seminars covering topics of interest to a wide variety of customers can be arranged for national and regional Innovative Users Group meetings. Individual libraries can also take advantage of web-based training sessions for topics that may only require a few hours to cover.
