Based in our corporate headquarters in Emeryville, California, Innovative's Customer Service Help Desk is staffed by professional librarians and industry-trained technicians. The Help Desk is available year-round, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, guaranteeing that our friendly and knowledgeable experts can be reached during times when you need us, regardless of your location. The Help Desk is charged with providing superior and timely support for the software and hardware issues that our library partners experience.

Customers may contact the Help Desk by telephone, by email, or by using our web-based customer service center, CSDirect. This customer service portal has a wealth of information on best practices, answers to commonly asked questions, and advice on system configuration. You can find important announcements, online tutorials, archived user-group presentations, and much more on CSDirect. With open "help ticket" tracking, new software downloads, and new release planning tips, CSDirect is the place to start for questions, software support and upgrades.
