Innovative’s INN-Reach system enables LINK+ patrons to request an item not available in their library from the online catalog or in an open-URL-enabled database. All transactions are accomplished automatically, in real time, and with simple ease of use for the patron.

INN-Reach creates a virtual community, providing the capability to build, maintain, and search a database formed from the records of many libraries, exponentially expanding what libraries can offer patrons. Upon request, books usually take anywhere between two and four days to arrive at the patron’s home library.
