Management Team

Mr. Kline co-founded Innovative Interfaces in 1978 and has successfully led Innovative's growth and development from a small start-up venture to its current position as a recognized leader in the field of library automation and technology. He began his career designing and developing software for the University of California, Berkeley, Library.

Mr. Hofbauer joined Innovative in 1999. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and CFO at IQXPERT.

Mr. Block joined Innovative in 1988. Prior, he worked for MINITEX as a Network Coordinator and has also been employed in academic and special libraries.

Ms. Chevreau joined Innovative in 1996. Prior, she held positions at International Library Systems, Sydney Development, and KPMG.

Bill Easton has over two decades of experience in library automation, having held positions in systems support, system installation, and sales. He has also worked in all types of libraries: academic, public, and special.

Maryvonne Enjolras joined Innovative in 1997. She has a background in library automation and has worked for international organizations related to the European Union and the United Nations. Maryvonne speaks five languages and is a graduate of the Université de Provence, Aix, and the Institut d'Etudes Politiques, Paris.

Mr. Shimshock is an information- and Internet-industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in corporate and product marketing. Shimshock's previous library marketing experience includes senior marketing roles at Information Access Company (now part of the Gale Group).

Ms. Hurd has extensive experience in the library industry, most recently as a senior manager at Northern Light Technology. Prior to that, she held management positions at EBSCO Subscription Services, the H.W. Wilson Company, Entree Corporation, and Plymouth Public Library in Massachusetts.

Mr. Jacobson has worked at Innovative since 1990 in a variety of capacities, including project manager and help desk manager. Prior, he served on the professional staff of the American University Law Library.

Mr. Ho has extensive experience with library system sales and implementations, most recently as a senior manager with iGroup (Australasia) Pty. Ltd

Ms. Yang joined Innovative as a Library Training consultant in 1999. She has a bachelor's degree from Fu-Jen University and master's degree in Library and Information Science from National Cheng-Chi University. With more than 10 years' experience in the library field, Ariel has dedicated herself to serving libraries in greater China.

Ms. Westall joined Innovative in 1982. Prior, she was a librarian at the University of California, Berkeley.

For over a decade, Hilary Newman has served Innovative on the Help Desk, in product management, and in software engineering. She holds an MLS from the University of North Texas.

Ms. McEvoy joined Innovative in 1988. Prior, she worked as a developer of architectural software.

Ms. Jones has been with Innovative's Product Development department for more than 15 years and holds a joint B.S. degree in computer science and mathematics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Ms. Graham joined Innovative in 1982. Prior, she worked in the libraries of U.C. Santa Barbara, U.C. Berkeley, and the Oakland Public Library.

Mr. Randall joined Innovative in 1985, beginning as a Customer Service Technician. Doug provides oversight in the areas of hardware platforms, operating systems, technology integration, and system security.
