Kim Massana joined Innovative Interfaces as Chief Executive Officer in 2012. As CEO, Kim is committed to making Innovative the international leader in library technology services and software by focusing on the needs of libraries, continuously improving customer service and support, and creating the best products on the market. Prior to joining Innovative Kim was President of Thomson Reuters Elite, a leader in software solutions for law firms. During his tenure, Elite refined and expanded its global brand and posted impressive growth in sales and successful customer installations. Kim is a true world citizen. A native of Spain, he has lived and worked in three countries and managed operations across the globe. He holds a business degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from ESADE in Barcelona, as well as a Master of Science degree in finance from the London School of Economics.
Bryan Urquhart has over 25 years of experience in software and services businesses, in both CFO and operational-leadership roles. He has served in an executive capacity for two decades, driving growth and market leadership at companies such as CA Technologies, Intergraph Corporation, and FalconStor Software. Bryan has extensive experience in global markets including Asia Pacific, China, EMEA, India, and Latin America. Originally from Scotland, he has lived in the US for over 16 years.
Chris is a client-focused executive who has lived and worked internationally, bringing a diverse technology and business-services background to Innovative. Chris has held various leadership positions in sales, marketing, strategy, and product management. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Global Partnerships and Channels at Pitney Bowes Service Solutions. He was previously with RBA Inc. and ISM.
Jay has over 20 years experience in the technology industry and has displayed strong leadership throughout her career in the areas of customer support and engineering. She brings her unique perspective and strategic vision to create high-performance working groups, and uses creative and measurable methods to boost customer satisfaction. Most recently, Jay served as Vice President of Customer Support at BMC Software, which provides enterprise-level technology for IT organizations around the world. She also has held positions in management consulting and business development at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP and Covansys (now a CSC company), respectively. Jay holds an MBA in Marketing and Information Systems from Penn State and an MA in Public Administration.
Satyadeep "CP" Prasanna is an experienced strategy and corporate-development executive who has proven success in analyzing, identifying, and driving growth opportunities in the enterprise-software industry. He has a 360-degree view of the industry through his cross-functional experience in programming, support & services, M&A, partnerships, and finance. Most recently, CP worked in the capacity of VP of Corporate Development & Strategy at Consona Corporation, a leading enterprise-software company. Prior to this CP spent a couple of years at Symphony Technology Group—a private equity firm that invests in software—in an operational capacity. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Indian School of Business.
During her more than 15 years with Innovative, Hilary has been a Help Desk manager, Product Manager, Manager of the Circulation Team, Director of Implementation Services, and, most recently, Vice President of Library Service. An MLS degree from the University of North Texas adds scope and objectivity to her passion for all of Innovative’s products and services, and rounds out a 360-degree view of the company’s operations. Hilary's understanding of libraries, as well as her experience with system implementation and customer service, uniquely qualify her to lead Innovative's Product Development team.
Gene Shimshock brings to his job exceptional skills from a variety of fields—computer engineering, internet technology, technology marketing, business strategy and tactics, to name just a few. He has over 30 years of experience in technology and information marketing with impactful positions at Knight-Ridder, AutoWeb.com, Information Access Company (now part of Gale Group), and other high-technology ventures. Gene and his team are responsible for promoting the Innovative corporate brand and managing the Company’s product portfolio lifecycle. He has been working with libraries for over fifteen years and carries this affinity and a passion for technology into his work.
Maryvonne Enjolras speaks five languages and her current position at Innovative routinely gives them all a workout. She is French by birth but resides in Madrid, Spain, from where she promotes Innovative’s strategic international agenda. Maryvonne joined the company in 1999.
Brad Jung has broad and deep experience in technology product management, sales and marketing strategy, and B2B consulting, and technology product management. He has shown leadership as CEO of Enliven software, CEO of Resonate, and as Founder and Senior Partner of the Kodiak Group: a sales consulting company. Most recently, Brad was a Partner at Decision Counsel, where he was instrumental in forming marketing strategy and go-to-market product launches for major consumer and B2B clients. Experienced in Web and application design and development, he also served as Vice President of Product Management for Purisma, a data quality and data management company acquired by SAP.
Hitesh is a recognized technology leader with over 20 years experience of strategically leading Professional Services and Operations to global scale. At Innovative, he is responsible for managing the WW Professional Services & Education teams, with the ultimate goal of ensuring that the customer experience and software adoption is seamless, engaging and rewarding. Most recently, Hitesh led the Customer Success and Services team at Jive Software through IPO. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at HP Software and at Mercury Interactive providing direction at the global level. Hitesh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Information Systems from the University of East London.
Rebecca Jones brings her particular technological brilliance to building products that use the very latest technologies to solve often daunting challenges of library technology. She has unique strengths as a technology expert based on a dual degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Jones has been with Innovative's Product Development department for more than 15 years, working behind the scenes but delivering solutions that library staff and users around the world use every day.
Doug Randall has been one of the core technology visionaries of the company since early in its history. With all the opportunities afforded by technology and evolving library priorities, Randall has always stayed focused on the latest capabilities that can be successfully implemented at today’s library. Randall joined Innovative in 1985, beginning as a Customer Service Technician, and now provides oversight in the areas of hardware platforms, operating systems, technology integration, and system security.
