Software Engineer

Innovative is seeking a Software Engineer who thrives in a fast moving environment. You will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of the listed technologies and be capable of executing independent, and team tasks, as assigned. Your top notch analysis and design skills will be required to create new designs and products.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A four year College degree in a technical field, plus at least one year of industry experience after graduation.
• The candidate needs to be a self-starter who can work independently and is driven to solve problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability and desire to work closely with other team members
• Authorized for full time employment in the United States

Required skills:

• One or more years of Java development experience
• Solid UNIX/Linux, JavaScript, XML, and HTML skills
• Apache and Tomcat (or equivalent)

Good to Have:

• Foreign languages: European and Asian

Desired Technical Skills:

• "C" language experience
• Regular Expression (regex) skills
• Apache proxy configuration experience
• MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent
• Web technologies: Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JSPs, Soap, Tapestry, AJAX
